Dubai: All orders are subject to product availability. We provide free standard shipping on all orders above AED350.

All other Emirates: Free standard shipping will be provided for orders over AED500.

Once you have placed your order and is approved, an estimated delivery time will be provided. You can expect your order to be delivered to you within 7 working days.

The estimated delivery time will commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order and are to be used as a guide only.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 working days from the date of your order. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us.

Returns & Exchange

Each item sold by Asta Lifestyle is lovingly hand made by artisans using sustainable materials. Any variations or irregularities enhance the beauty of our products and should not be considered as defects.

We accept returns within 5 days of receipt provided the product has not been opened/tampered with.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do want to return an order, we are happy to help. Just email us to or call us with details of your purchase, photographs of the damaged item/the reason for seeking an exchange. If approved, we require the product to be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition. We do not accept returns on any sale items. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 14 days after we've received your item(s) to process your request. If the returned product is accepted we will refund using your original method of payment (excluding the initial shipping cost).

The customer will take full responsibility of the product if it is not delivered to us or lost in transit or it is damaged during return to us and no refund will be provided in such cases.

If product is sent back to us as per the conditions mentioned above, you are entitled to a refund in the form of original method of payment.

Exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder as mentioned in the Returns section above. You can log into our website to purchase items under a new transaction.

In the event of your requested item(s) being out of stock, we will be unable to process an exchange and you will be notified and refunded.

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will make every effort to accommodate your cancel request. Please note that if the order has been shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours by emailing or calling us to advise about the cancellation before the order is processed for delivery.


As soon as you place your order, we work on the dispatch process as quickly as possible, if you decide you want to amend your order please call us and we will try to accommodate where possible. However, please note that once the order has been dispatched we will not be able to make any amendments to it. So if you no longer want your item or would like to exchange for something different, please refer to our returns and exchange service section.

Please contact us immediately so we can attempt to contact the courier to return the parcel back to us for a refund.

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!

If you have not received your order within the allotted delivery time frame, please notify us by email at within 21 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, Asta Lifestyle reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.

If you’ve received the wrong item in your order please return by referring to steps under returns section. You are entitled for a free returns service and the cost of shipping will be refunded in this case. If you receive your order and an item is missing, please check your emails or junk emails to see if you’ve received an out of stock notice from us, if you haven’t received this please email us at and we will help you further.

We try to advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this isn’t always possible – if there is something you see advertised and it isn’t in stock yet please feel free to email us for more information! We’ll always try and help.

Due to high demand, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated. You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your favourite items are available again! We include the option to sign up for back in stock email notifications on all of our sold out products.
